Coachella, Burning Man, Electric Daisy Carnival, Lightning In A Bottle. Or even that one country festival. Stagecoach. Yep that’s the one.
To quote 2Pac, “California knows how to party.” And every year we get to hear the stories of the people who have visited the camp just after one of these bad boys. Or, anxiously awaiting / scrambling for camping gear in preparation for their next stop after their stay at TheCaliCamp.
While surfing is a slightly more wholesome experience than standing next to the speaker at the dubstep stage, we thought we’d run down a few of our guests favorite festivals where you can have some fun, see the best artists, and get a little weird before or after you come surf with us.
Here we go:
Coachella: Weekend 1 – April 13-15 and Weekend 2 – April 20-22

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC Las Vegas): May 18-20

Summary:
Festival season in California is not a joke. People come from far and wide, wait with anxiety online to buy tickets, rally the squad and all that stuff. Even dressing up like a cowboy for a weekend drinking cheap and very shitty beer. All in the name of good times, good music and hanging with good people.
We’re cool with all of that. May have even been to a few myself… Stories will never be on this blog. Ever.
